Best op shop ever! Got some great vintage curtains to use the fabric! So much wonderful stuff! Couches from $5 and heaps of clothes! Selling by the kilo.

Happy face, and happy place. It’s a great time here. $6 a kg up to 4kg, then $4 a kg after 5. So $20 for 4kgs is really a good use of money. It’s come out to $1.30-$1.50 an item when I’ve gone.

Good value! I just pay $23 for a 2/3 full trolley cart. (Don’t forget to wear a face mask cause it’s really dusty, I sneezed couple times)I was lucky enough to found some cute clothings2 cardigan,1 jacket, 1 vacation vibe dress, 1 flannel shirt(H&M) I ended up keeping , and I love the cardigans and jacket so much.Other clothing I decided to donate it again cause some won’t fit and some doesn’t look good on meAnd I also got a wooden box,I didn’t know what I can do with it when I grab it. But it fits perfectly on top of the slimline trolley I bought after at Kmart. And I fixed it on top, put my cat litter scoop etc. Just so satisfying.There was a crate of construction working clothes, perfect for them to find some good deal there.Also the toys area for parents or even childcare workers to buy goods, I saw a bag of pretend kitchen stuff I really want and than I realise I am an adult with no kids.ConsYou got tried after digging the first 2-3 crate, and can just search the top bit of the other crate the rest of time, so it’s really luck to find the items you’d like.The shoe area I really won’t wanna touch tho.

Treasure hunters paradise! Always find myself buying at least 10kg worth of clothing for around $50!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BARGAIN!!!! Special mention to Sally who always welcomes me back with a smile and wonderful customer service!!! They even have washroom facilities for the public so you can shop for hours!! Spending my hard earned money on a company that employs wonderful people with disabilities? SAY NO MORE!!! Thanks to the whole team :)

Just want to give a shout out too the staff running this place! It is well managed and maintained. This place gets a lot of customers through most days and is still one of my favourite op shops!

If you have the time, it's a great place to buy cheap clothes. Just need to find the treasures amongst the junk. Also a great way to help the environment and also help the wallet! Found 22 items (all looking brand new and trendy with a good wash) for $16... thats about $1.30 per item. But did spend 2hrs trawling through all the piles. At any other Good Sammy store the clothes would have costed me $103! Don't want to even think about what they would've costed retail.

There’s so many clothes, but it’s too hard to sift through them. Also quality wise it’s all the “last chance to buy before it ends up in Africa” stuff, which to be honest is a good idea before it ends up in their rivers… I’m assuming all the good stuff is sorted and sent to normal stores which makes sense. All in all, great activity for a 16 yo girl with $20 and lots of time- though it’s closed by 3 so good luck school children. I’ll give it 3 stars for the attempt to reduce landfill…

About a year this would have been a 4 star as you would get alot of bargains, although they have now started sorting all the items and its seems everything that is worth anything is taken out and either bought by the workers or sent elsewhere. Everything is so dirty and soiled now its gross. Also the woman that seems to be in charge desperately needs an attitude change, clearly she's never worked in customer service before, so unfriendly and have seen her have arguments with a few people.

This was my first time visiting megabarn again after they closed during covid. The staff were super nice and i got all of my favourite show on dvd for under 10 bucks! :D Having a smaller space is great as its not overwhelming and i assume it means the carts get swapped more often. If you have sensory issues it was quite packed and theres loud machines. Putting in seating for customers who need it may be a good idea, because it takes hours to sort through the clothes and the constant leaning over was making me feel faint. Overall had a lovely experience and im glad its back :)
