I’m not really happy ..I receive a gift for Christmas but I definitely don’t like the colour, I want just exchange but they can’t apparently.So the person loses his money because I'm not going to put a bag whose colour I don't like. and I lose my gift because it will not be used. I am really disappointed !

Very attractive shop. First one how you are coming in DFO. Lights, mirrors,bags; little ones, bigger and colours everywhere. Blue, red, white, black, grey.Enjoyable experience. I have been served by young boy. All complimentsto Furla to giving us shoppers nice experience with patience, polite and smiling face with good knowledge about products. Thanks. Dee

Have shopped few times from Perth Furla and each time service is amazing. The staff who assist me remember my name each time and made me feel very welcome. Very happy shopper!

Worst customer service, from the manger, who will lie to get a sale. We purchased a bag as a gift and was told by the manger we could exchange it if my wife didn’t like it. When we returned and requested to exchange it, the manger then stated we couldn’t return it as its store policy, which wasn’t detailed to us until we returned. I was amazed to get such terrible service from such a company.

I went there with my sister today in order to buy a present for my mom. We got help by a seller and we clarified to her we were looking for something nice and our budget was only $300. She showed us different items among those some bags with a foulard rolled on the handle. We so asked the price and she confirmed the price which was even on display $299. At this point we were going to pay at the till once we selected the colour. Before to pay she asked me if i want the foulard rolled on the handle by them or by myself. !?!?!?!?!?! My sister , shocked like me, try to asked what that does mean?" And the seller replied "the foulard has an extra $100 cost." This is incredible

The store is beautiful, it’s well lit, spaced out, great for taking photos. The bags are beautiful However super pricey. Service was nice. Would recommend it to friends.

Worst customer service ever!!! We went today and talking to the seller we saw the bags in front of the main door. Asking for the price (which it was even displayed) the seller confirmed us that it was $299. Thus we just were deciding the color and once we did it we were about to pay when an unexpected question shocked us. Would you like we roll the foulard or you will do by yourself?" We didin' t catch the question at first so we asked why we needed it to be rolled around....and here the surprise...the foulard costs $100 extra!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is hilarious!!!! We have been talked we the seller for 30 minutes about that bag and she didn't mention anything about this "extra" nothing even on the display or inside the bag where the price is $299. No price on the foulard

Store layout and products are quite beautiful.Staff did not acknowledge my friend and I when we arrived in store and while we were having a browse, we were amazed at what we were looking at and loved some of the bags too! My friend overheard one of the staff members tell another to ensure they keep an eye on us as if we were thieves. We felt unwelcome, uncomfortable and quite embarrassed. I had to put down the product I wanted to purchase and leave as I did not want to support their prejudice.Overall - beautiful bags and wallets but terrible customer service.
